August 3, 2020 |

Welcome to the inaugural episode of Speaking of Resilience, the climate solutions podcast developed and produced by the Michigan Climate Action Network and Groundwork Center for Resilient Communities. Podcast conversations with state and national leaders will focus on how Michigan can achieve a position of national leadership in the essential and urgent journey to a carbon neutral economy.

In our first show we explore one of the nation’s most ambitious city goals for creating a net zero carbon future: Ann Arbor’s recently approved plan for carbon neutrality by 2030. Plan architect Dr. Missy Stults, Sustainability and Innovations Manager for the City of Ann Arbor, launches our podcast’s exciting, ongoing climate change solutions conversation.

Join hosts Kate Madigan, executive director of Michigan Climate Action Network, and Dan Worth, Groundwork Clean Energy Program Director, as they explore how to push faster and further toward Michigan’s climate change solutions.
